Hops

Brewers need a robust hop supply chain that consists of a balance of public domain and proprietary varieties. CLS is at the forefront for the adoption and support of the public breeding program. In addition, we aggressively pursued our own proprietary varietal development with commercial releases of El Dorado®, Medusa™, and Zappa™.

Fruit

Organically cultivated in the early, maturing Parker Heights region of the Yakima Valley, we grow, pick, and store our fruit for wholesale and retail.

Five generations of growing hops allows CLS to inject a heavy dose of art while staying on the forefront of new technology.

Less than 1% of our hops are produced with off-type varietals, making CLS hops the purest in the market today.

Our hops are 3rd party audited and have total oil (and therefore flavor) preservation. We produce our flagship brands of El Dorado®, Zappa™, and Medusa™, and are proudly equipped to grow and supply custom hop blends and plants.
