Brewers need a robust hop supply chain that consists of a balance of public domain and proprietary hop varieties. CLS Farms is at the forefront of the adoption and support of the public breeding program. In addition, we aggressively pursued our own proprietary varietal development with commercial releases of El Dorado®, Medusa™, and Zappa® Hops.
