CLS is a fifth-generation, family farm located in the heart of the Yakima Valley. We produce high-quality hops and organically certified apples and soft fruit through a progressive agronomic approach and sustainable cultivation techniques.
As a family farm, CLS prides itself on creating a community of hard-working and strategic employees to deliver the highest quality product. Our Global Gap Certification ensures that our employees and product stay safe throughout the process.
Brewers need a robust hop supply chain that consists of a balance of public domain and proprietary varieties. CLS is at the forefront for the adoption and support of the public breeding program. In addition, we aggressively pursued our own proprietary varietal development with commercial releases of El Dorado®, Medusa™, and Zappa™.
Organically cultivated in the early, maturing area of the Yakima Valley, we grow, pick, and store our fruit onsite for wholesale and retail customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. CLS is Global Gap Certified, ensuring we produce high-quality, delicious and safe products.
